EPHA Organizes Workshop to Train EPI ExpertsThe Ethiopian Public Health Association (EPHA) organized a workshop to train experts in Expanded Program on Immunization /EPI/ from Oct 14 to 16, 2015 in Addis Ababa. The objective of the workshop was to familiarize selected EPI experts with the Integrated approach to Empower Health care facilities in the Immunization /IEHI/ project. The workshop aims at strengthening the capacity of EPI experts in baseline assessment and continuous quality improvement techniques.

During the course of the three day workshop, 14 health professionals who are selected as EPI experts for the project were in attendance. IEHI is a three year partnership project; it will be implemented among the three civil society organizations: Ethiopian Medical Association (EMA), Ethiopian Pediatrics Society (EPS) and Ethiopian Public Health Association (EPHA).
